This is a 67 year old Denver woman who complained about looking old, tired, and saggy around the eyes. She underwent an upper and lower blepharoplasty (eyelid tuck) to reduce the amount of excess, lax skin around her eyes. Post-operative pictures are from 1 month after surgery. After the denver blepharoplasty procedures, her eyes appear more "open", her upper eyelids are visible and not hidden by the loose skin, and she appears younger and brighter. The operation was performed in an office operating room setting with sedation and local anesthesia.
