This 45-year-old man felt that he looked tired and angry, and wished to brighten the appearance of his eyes. He underwent an upper blepharoplasty and a lower transconjunctival (fat only) blepharoplasty. Photos taken 8 months later show a rested, refreshed appearance with a masculine eyelid shape.
