This is a 60 year old woman who wanted to improve her facial appearance and look younger. She did not like the loose neck skin and jowls on her lower face and was bothered by the her drooping outer eyebrows as well. She also complained about the lines around her mouth, her forehead wrinkles, and desired fuller lips. She underwent a minifacelift and minibrowlift to elevate her facial structure and reposition her face in a natural, youthful way. She also had Botox injected into her brow to reduce brow wrinkling. Finally, she had Juvederm Ultraplus filler placed around the mouth to reduce her perioral lines and into her lips to achieve a bit more lip fullness. Post-operative pictures are from 5 weeks after surgery.
